Gatto's Pizza
About us
Gatto’s Pizza began in a small shop on North High Street in the neighborhood of Clintonville, Columbus, Ohio. It was 1952 and the brothers, Joe and Jimmy Gatto, opened the pizzeria to serve their community, using family recipes to make fresh dough, sauces, meatballs, and Italian sausage.
Over 60 years have gone by and very little has changed at 2928 North High Street. Gatto's serves what is now known as the Columbus style thin crust pizza, loaded with toppings and cut into squares, perfect for sharing. The fresh dough, sauces, meatballs, and Italian sausage are still all made at the shop using quality meats and cheeses. Another local Italian staple, Auddino's Italian Bakery, supplies the buns and rolls.
Take out or delivery, Gatto's is always willing to supply their hungry neighbors with a good meal at a reasonable price and we are never too busy to thank our loyal customers that have supported us through the years.
